Refund policy
VYRO Returns & Refunds Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
At VYRO, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Below, we explain how to return an order, receive a refund or get help with a faulty product.
This policy applies to purchases made by consumers in Sweden. It does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Your Right to Change Your Mind
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days. This period starts the day after you receive your goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, it starts after you receive the final item.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to [customer service email] or use our online withdrawal function at [link]. Please include your name and order number so we can identify your purchase.
You may also use Konsumentverket’s withdrawal form, but this is optional. You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory right.
Returning Your Order
Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to withdraw.
Include all supplied accessories and components. Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging, and retain proof of postage. Original packaging is not a condition of exercising your withdrawal right.
You pay the direct return shipping cost when changing your mind, provided we informed you of this before your purchase. We do not charge a restocking or administration fee.
Inspecting Your Product
You may inspect the product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
If handling goes beyond what is necessary and reduces its value, we may make a proportionate deduction where permitted by law and provided you received the required withdrawal information before purchase. We will explain any deduction.
Opening the packaging does not, by itself, remove your right to withdraw. The withdrawal period is not an unrestricted trial period.
Refunds
We refund payments without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first.
When you withdraw from the entire order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.
Refunds use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Any lawful deduction for diminished value will be explained.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, is incorrect or develops a fault, contact [customer service email]. Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where helpful, photographs or a short video.
Under Swedish consumer law, you can complain about an original defect for three years from delivery. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering it; notification within two months is always considered timely.
A defect that appears within the first two years is generally presumed to have existed at delivery unless we demonstrate otherwise or that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or defect.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation and refund. Repair or replacement must be provided within a reasonable time, without charge or significant inconvenience.
We cover necessary return shipping for valid fault claims. Contact us so we can arrange the return. Original packaging is not required to make a complaint.
Normal wear or damage caused by misuse is not, by itself, an original defect. Any commercial warranty is additional to your statutory rights.
Exchanges
For a different size or product, contact us for assistance. A change-of-mind exchange can be handled by returning your original purchase under this policy and placing a new order.
Replacement of a faulty or incorrectly supplied product is handled under your statutory rights.
Disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
If we cannot reach an agreement, you may submit your dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), subject to its eligibility requirements.

You may also seek advice from your municipal consumer adviser or pursue your claim in court.
